Honda
Birmingham, AL, April 6, 2026 – The Alabama Environmental Council today announced a $50,000 contribution from Honda to support the Alabama Resilience Center. The contribution will help advance the organization’s work to feature an Ecoscape outdoor classroom and a 14,000 sq feet environmental education center on Avondale’s Continental Gin campus.
Honda is focused on reducing carbon emissions, utilizing clean energy, conserving resources, and helping nature thrive as part of its commitment to creating a better world for future generations. Through its Environment pillar, Honda supports programs that align with its mission to reduce environmental impact.
